Business Development and Sales Director

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development and sales strategy
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Develop strategic partnerships with networks, banks, and lending platforms
- Represent the company at industry events
- Oversee business development, sales, and marketing projects
- Mitigate department risks and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks
- Provide strong leadership and mentor staff
- Manage the department's financials and reporting
- Proven ability to think strategically and integrate business development and sales efforts
- Extensive experience in credit and lending, specifically within the SME sector
- Expertise in sourcing, negotiating, and structuring asset-backed loan transactions
- Well-established network of SME and mid-corporate clients
- Strong commercial mindset with sharp business acumen
- Degree in Business Management, Communication, or relevant
- Minimum 5 years in a Director/Senior Management Role
