Business Development and Sales Executive

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and sales strategy aligned with our company's goals. This includes building a strong sales team, conducting market research, and developing strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development and sales strategy
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis
  • Develop strategic partnerships with networks, banks, and lending platforms
  • Represent the company at industry events
  • Oversee business development, sales, and marketing projects
  • Mitigate department risks and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks
  • Provide strong leadership and mentor staff
  • Manage the department's financials and reporting
Requirements:
  • Proven ability to think strategically and integrate business development and sales efforts
  • Extensive experience in credit and lending, specifically within the SME sector
  • Expertise in sourcing, negotiating, and structuring asset-backed loan transactions
  • Well-established network of SME and mid-corporate clients
  • Strong commercial mindset with sharp business acumen
  • Degree in Business Management, Communication, or relevant
  • Minimum 5 years in a Director/Senior Management Role
