About the Role

Vaimo Group is a leading provider of digital commerce solutions, and we're seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Lead to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive client success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Success: Collaborate with our sales team to understand client needs and develop digital marketing strategies that align with their business goals.
  • Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement tailored digital marketing strategies for each client, ensuring alignment with their objectives.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the creation of client success stories with the help of global content writers, sales, project managers, and solution architects.
  • Content Development: Support global Vaimo content writers with ideas and independently create content that fits the specific market needs of our clients.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Manage local SEO strategies and paid ad campaigns for clients to enhance their online visibility and drive traffic.
  • Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan, implement, and report on client campaigns, using data to measure success and improve future marketing efforts.
  • Performance Measurement: Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns for clients, assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Data Management: Manage and enhance client data in the company CRM system, ensuring data quality and compliance with GDPR and other personal data legislation.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams, designers, and marketing teams in other offices to execute digital marketing and content campaigns for clients.
  • Industry Trends: Stay proactive in learning and staying on top of industry trends and emerging technology to benefit our clients.
Requirements
  • Education: Ideally a degree in marketing, communications, or business administration.
  • Experience: Industry/relevant professional experience in working as a Marketing Coordinator / Marketing Manager in an international company for 2-5 years, ideally in B2B Marketing.
  • Certifications: All the relevant Google Ads certifications.
  • Skills: Good knowledge and experience in eCommerce, highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • Analytics: Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Industry Knowledge: Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Language: Very good English.
