About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Finding Personnel (Pty) Ltd. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to drive sales and enhance brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies: Create and execute data-led brand building and lead generation plans aligned to our overall marketing strategy.
  • Digital and Social Media Planning: Plan and execute digital and social media campaigns to achieve business objectives.
  • Content Creation: Develop and implement effective content plans, including design and copy, to engage our target audience.
  • Measure and Analyze Campaigns: Track and analyze the success of our campaigns and provide insights to inform future improvements.
  • Competitor Analysis: Conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead of the competition and inform our brand building and sales plans.
  • Agency Management: Manage and brief agencies and service providers on creative requirements.
  • Social Media Management: Manage our social media presence and create engaging content to build our brand.
  • Sales Campaign Management: Manage and execute sales campaigns to drive revenue growth.
  • Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital consumer trends and identify opportunities to enhance our brand and sales initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve cooperation.
  • Professional Development: Continuously develop your expertise in marketing, industry, and legislative knowledge.
  • Cost Efficiency: Identify opportunities to enhance cost effectiveness and increase operational efficiency.

Experience and Qualifications
  • Relevant Degree: Hold a relevant honours-level degree (or equivalent) in marketing from a reputable tertiary institution.
  • Experience: Possess a minimum of 3 to 5 years' hands-on experience in digital and social media marketing.
  • Financial Services Experience: Experience in the financial services industry will be advantageous.
