Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and search engine optimization (SEO).
  • Assist in analyzing campaign performance and making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the senior digital marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns that meet business objectives.
  • Manage and maintain social media channels, including creating and scheduling content, responding to comments and messages, and analyzing engagement metrics.
  • Develop and implement content marketing strategies, including creating and publishing blog posts, articles, and other types of content.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement lead generation strategies and campaigns.
  • Manage and maintain the company's CRM system, including data entry, reporting, and analysis.
  • Develop and implement email marketing campaigns, including creating and sending targeted email campaigns, and analyzing email metrics.
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop and implement visual marketing strategies, including creating and implementing brand guidelines, and developing marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and posters.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and technologies, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Mailchimp, Active Campaign, WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
