Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Sales and Marketing Leader to join our team at Emporium Human Capital. This role involves leading regional sales teams and driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop regional sales teams to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including independent and corporate store managers.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve processes.
Requirements
  • MBA or related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and improving sales performance.
  • Strong coaching and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
