National Key Accounts Executive

Job Overview

The National Key Accounts Executive is a crucial role within our organisation, responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts at a national level. This position involves promoting sales growth and customer satisfaction by effectively executing the key accounts strategy and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.

About the Role

This executive will be accountable for:

  • Managing a portfolio of key accounts to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
  • Establishing and maintaining scalable relationships with key stakeholders within key accounts
  • Ensuring seamless engagement between parties through effective communication and alignment on requirements, processes, and agreements
  • Driving efficient and effective relationships by addressing and resolving customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely manner
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of the National Key Account Management framework

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to promote sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of key account plans
  • Analyzing data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Providing regular updates and insights to senior management on key account performance and progress

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, sales)
  • Up to 4 years of experience in operational execution, trade relationships, or a related field
  • Strong negotiation and collaborative skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
  • Robust IT skills, with proficiency in software applications such as Microsoft Office and CRM systems
