Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced District Manager to join our team at ESTÉE LAUDER Companies. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and executing business strategies across multiple districts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute retail sales targets by district, brand, and store, in collaboration with the Retail Director and Brand Manager.
  • Manage store managers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement top door strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Monitor FSS/FSF channel performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with the retail and brand teams to develop and execute sales plans, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Actively seek out business opportunities to drive sales growth and improve profitability.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of retail sales experience, preferably in the department store prestige product marketplace.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer engagement.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in managing teams and developing talent.
  • Advanced MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
