Job Description

As a District Sales Strategist with ESTÉE LAUDER Companies, you will be responsible for developing and executing retail sales targets by district, brand, and store. You will lead and develop teams to achieve sales plans and deliver high-touch customer service.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute district, brand, and store sales targets in collaboration with Regional Sales Managers.
  • Implement strategies to ensure target achievement and growth.
  • Run the FSS/FSF Profit & Loss statement.
  • Monitor key success metrics: sales, conversion, AST, Productivity/expenses, NPS, data collection.
  • Actively exploit business opportunities to deliver stretch plans and navigate challenging times.
  • Maintain competitor and market awareness to ensure brand growth ahead of competition.
Requirements:
  • Full, unrestricted Driver's license.
  • 3-5 years retail sales experience within department store prestige product marketplace.
  • Exposure to marketing, budgeting, and promotional planning is essential.
  • People Management Experience.
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
