Job Description:
As a Project Manager at Talented Recruitment, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of employees within the Department. Your role will involve representing the company in external meetings, managing and delegating budgeting, planning, and execution of contribution-funded projects and company-funded projects. Additionally, you will be responsible for delegating and managing projects, SLAs, contracts management, and servitude/property negotiations and registrations. You will also be responsible for delegating and managing tender evaluations and adjudications. Furthermore, you will be required to master plan and create a 5-year CAPEX plan. The successful candidate will be responsible for improving business performance by implementing innovations, better work procedures, and efficiencies in all sites. You will also be responsible for managing and delegating the maintenance and update of the water and sewer inventories.\
\Requirements:
\Matric with Maths and Science.B-Tech Degree: Mechanical/Electrical/Civil EngineeringSpecialist fields in Water Engineering, Construction Management, and Urban and Rural Engineering an added advantage.A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.Proficient in Microsoft Office 365A valid code 8 drivers license.Registered with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA).In-depth knowledge of the iLembe District water and sewer bylaws and related legislation.
\Key Responsibilities:
