Job Description

Hire Resolve, a leading recruitment agency, is seeking a highly skilled Key Account Specialist to join their client in a dynamic role. As a Key Account Specialist, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts and providing exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Conduct and manage relevant account meetings, generate supporting reports, and compile monthly key accounts KPI packs to track performance metrics and goals.
  • Client Needs Assessment: Develop a comprehensive understanding of key account needs to tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve key account issues and complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Cost Estimation: Produce cost estimates for client requests to align with financial expectations.
  • Proactive Account Management: Anticipate changes and improvements within key accounts to proactively address their evolving needs.
  • Communication: Facilitate communication between key accounts and internal teams to ensure seamless operations and service delivery.
  • Strategic Planning: Strategically plan initiatives to enhance account results and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Sales Opportunities: Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with the Head of Customer to capitalize on them.
  • Operational Alignment: Balance key account requirements with operational capabilities and capacity to ensure sustainable service delivery.
  • Progress Reporting: Plan and present progress reports on account achievements and objectives to stakeholders.
  • Quality Control: Conduct kit compilation checks and implement changes to the production schedule as necessary.
  • Customer Experience: Manage Customer Experience (CE) trackers for relevant accounts to monitor satisfaction levels and performance metrics.
  • Service Delivery: Monitor and manage the service email for designated accounts, ensuring timely and professional responses to inquiries and issues.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in account management or customer service
  • Degree or Diploma in Finance, Business Management, or similar
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
