About the Role:

The Senior Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key clients for Switch Recruit. You will be the primary point of contact for major accounts, ensuring their business needs are met with the highest level of service and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and Nurture Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key global clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to drive growth and satisfaction.
  • Account Management: Manage the end-to-end business process, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of client projects and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Business Growth: Identify opportunities for business growth within the existing client base and develop strategies to maximize value.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Drive customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and tailored business solutions.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed sales and account retention targets.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in Client Relationship Management within the business services industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep knowledge of industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Account Management: Proven ability to manage complex accounts and deliver exceptional service.
  • Communication and Problem-Solving: Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Independence and Adaptability: Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
  • Client-Centric Approach: A client-centric approach with a focus on developing lasting business relationships.
  • Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in business, marketing, or a related field would be beneficial.
  • Operations Experience: Experience in operations is an added advantage.
