- Ability to work under pressure, addressing multiple calls simultaneously and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Self-motivated and able to work under general supervision, with close attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive and professional disposition.
- Results-driven, with a passion for the IT industry and a commitment to delivering high-quality services.
- Proficient in Windows Desktop Operating Systems (Windows 8/10/11) and Windows Server Operating Systems (Windows Server 2008/2012/2019).
- Experience with Microsoft Office Applications (2010/2013/2016/2019/2022) and Microsoft 365.
- Intermediate TCP/IP networking knowledge, with experience in various internet connectivity mediums (3G/LTE) and enterprise antivirus packages (ESET Endpoint Protection).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Desktop Support/System Administrator role.
