The Building Company is seeking a skilled Administrative Support Specialist to provide high-level administrative assistance to the store/branch manager. This role requires a strong understanding of company policies and procedures.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the store/branch manager, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Manage payroll, employee relations, training, and recruitment processes.
  • Assist with general HR administration, petty cash management, and stationery supplies.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in administration, customer service, and store management. You will work closely with the store/branch manager to achieve business objectives and uphold company values.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Previous supervisory or management experience is required.
  • A Bookkeeping certificate or equivalent administration certificate would be an advantage.
  • Basic computer skills are essential.
