We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Learning and Development Administrator to join our Talent Performance & Learning area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating all Learning support, enhancing the company's image through efficient and effective training admin support, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality training services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate training administration support, including reviewing and testing training links, and managing registrations.
  • Provide technical expertise in training administration, including managing training profiles and ensuring progress against audit and assurance findings.
  • Support the Group Learning Manager and Consultants in drafting and reviewing training material and reports.
  • Collaborate with the sales L&D Team to provide training admin support when needed.

Requirements:

  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and manage time efficiently.
  • Attention to detail and resourceful problem-solving skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
