Enterprise Sales Development Manager

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and results-oriented individual to join Bridgement as an Enterprise Sales Development Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new revenue streams.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with incoming leads and inquiries to understand their financial needs and present our business finance solutions.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and potential clients, guiding them through our service offerings.
- Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to closing deals, upselling, and retaining customers.
- Assist customers in completing applications, including guiding them through the online application process and ensuring application completeness.
- Work autonomously, managing time effectively to maximize sales opportunities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets through proactive engagement and follow-ups.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years' sales/account management experience.
- Demonstrate high energy and ability to establish rapport with customers.
- Have good business acumen and be able to hold conversations with business owners and answer difficult questions.
- Prior experience in related or similar sectors (e.g., lending, trade-finance, banking, insurance, accounting, or technology/software sectors) is beneficial.
- B2B sales experience is preferred.
