Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Senior Sales Professional in the FS&I sector. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your skills and expertise to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a strong track record in enterprise sales within the FS&I industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue and profitability targets in the FS&I sector.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of sales experience, with a proven track record in enterprise sales within the FS&I industry. They will possess exceptional relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Comprehensive Sales Strategies: Identify new business opportunities, develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue and profitability targets in the FS&I sector.
- Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships with a focus on enterprise accounts, including Absa, Nedbank, Standard Bank, and FNB.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of clients in the FS&I industry.
- Negotiate and Close Deals: Drive negotiations, close deals, and ensure successful implementation of HPE solutions.
- Stay Informed About Industry Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications and Experience:
The successful candidate will have:
- A minimum of 10 years of sales experience.
- A proven track record in enterprise sales within the FS&I industry.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Strong understanding of the FS&I market, including key players, industry trends, and regulatory considerations.
- Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
Estimated Salary: R1,200,000 - R1,800,000 per annum, depending on experience.
