Sales and Revenue Growth
  • Maximise sales performance through effective sales strategies and techniques.
  • Monitor and analyse sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement plans to increase sales and revenue growth.
Customer Focus and Service
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Build and maintain relationships with high-value customers, including Royals and Collectors.
  • Contribute to the implementation of customer relationship programs.
Operations and Administration
  • Ensure strict adherence to Richemont and Montblanc retail procedures.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, including daily, after-sales, and analysis reports.
  • Implement and maintain a secure and organised boutique environment.
Team Management and Leadership
  • Define and follow up on KPIs and targets for the team.
  • Motivate and develop the team to achieve sales and service goals.
