Job Summary

We seek an accomplished Deputy Boutique Manager to lead our boutique team in South Africa. As a true ambassador of luxury, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing boutique performance, ensuring excellence in operations and client service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage the boutique team, providing coaching, training, and motivation to ensure high standards of client service.
  2. Collaborate with the Boutique Director to drive business growth and profitability.
  3. Ensure seamless day-to-day operations, including managing the Care Service team.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to enhance client experiences and drive sales growth.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in team management, preferably in retail or hospitality.
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English (local language a plus).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, commercially driven, and competent in Excel and sales reporting.
  • Luxury enthusiast with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary: R1,200,000 - R1,500,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
