Your primary focus will be on managing bulk recruitment initiatives, collaborating with hiring managers to identify and fill critical roles efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
  2. Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing and screening candidates, conducting initial phone screens and scheduling interviews, coordinating interview schedules and logistics, conducting background checks and reference verifications, extending job offers and negotiating compensation packages, and onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  3. Manage and execute large-scale recruitment campaigns, including developing and implementing recruitment plans for high-volume hiring needs, overseeing the recruitment process for multiple roles simultaneously, managing a team of recruiters to ensure efficient and timely recruitment, tracking and analyzing key recruitment metrics, building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers across all departments, providing guidance and coaching to hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques and best practices, developing and maintaining a strong employer brand to attract top talent, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment, and ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  4. Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to your team of recruiters to ensure they are equipped to meet the demands of the recruitment process.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 5+ years of progressive experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on managing high-volume hiring initiatives.
  3. Proven experience in developing and implementing successful recruitment strategies.
  4. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR technologies.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  8. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  9. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
