We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced F&I Business Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with our clients.

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a challenging role in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.

Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and market research
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
* Manage and maintain accurate records and reports as required

Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of success
* Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
* Proven ability to meet and exceed targets, with a focus on results-driven performance
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and open communication
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
