Job Title: Telesales Executive Conversion Specialist
Location: Remote, The Legends Agency
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive Conversion Specialist to join our dynamic team at The Legends Agency. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for generating sales by cold calling in various sectors in a fast-paced, professional environment.
About the Role:
You will be working closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to align on sales campaigns and collaborate on identifying new leads and prospects. Your primary goal will be to promote business growth and generate additional income by expanding our clientele through making appointments for our National Accounts Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Making professional outbound calls to unqualified prospects to achieve enquiries/appointments, sourcing from a list of potential clients from our prescribed sector databases.
- May include a blend of email marketing with follow-up calling.
- Following scripts to provide information about our products features, prices, etc., and present their benefits. This will include sharing case studies about how similar businesses are benefiting from the products we supply.
- Recording prospect information accurately into our CRM system and keeping the system updated with new information.
- Building relationships and working closely with both Sales & Marketing to align on sales campaigns and collaborate on identifying new leads and prospects.
- Building relationships with customers to elicit enquiries and gain new business.
- Gaining a thorough understanding/knowledge of our product ranges to discuss them intelligently with customers and influence them.
- Going the extra mile to meet your appointment quota to facilitate future sales.
- Keeping relevant notes and record calls in the CRM system so that all correspondence can be referred to and understood at any given time.
Your Accountabilities:
- Meet appointment targets set on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Represent the company in a professional, articulate, and positive way.
- Demonstrate our values while performing your role.
- Proactively supporting others when needed, and building a positive team spirit.
- Keeping the CRM and spreadsheets updated and accurate.
Requirements:
- At least one year's proven experience as a telemarketer within a B2B setting, or a similar sales/customer service role.
- Knowledge of sales techniques for persuading and influencing others to buy products or services.
- Knowledge and experience of good customer service.
