We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Administrator to join our team at Fempower Personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
  • Process petty cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers through effective communication and liaison.
  • Assist with sales process management, including customer account management and sales administration.
  • Collaborate with external sales teams to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • National Senior Certificate.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in a similar role.
