We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Dante Personnel in Cape Town. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our management and technical teams.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years' experience in an administrative role, with a strong background in office administration and customer service. You will be expected to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to management and technical teams, including planning meetings, recording keeping, and document control administration.
  • Handle all document management systems, indexing, electronic filing systems, and ongoing document register management with attention to detail.
  • Proactively identify and resolve organizational issues and implement process improvements.
  • Ensure tools, equipment, and vehicles are properly maintained and serviced, and that administrative customer/creditor's accounts are managed efficiently.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Certification in Office Administration is required; Sales and Marketing experience is advantageous.
  • Proficient in MS Office and English language is essential.
  • A valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle are advantageous.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of R250,000 - R350,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
