Business Operations Coordinator

Fempower is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Administrator / Internal Sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office operations, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment.
- Petty Cash: Manage the petty cash fund, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with company policies.
- Communication and Liaison: Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and colleagues.
- Client and Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all documentation and records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Customer Communication and Relationship Management: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.
- Sales Process Management: Develop and implement sales processes to drive growth and revenue.
- Customer Account Management: Manage customer accounts, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely communication.
- Product Knowledge and Sales Support: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services, providing sales support and guidance to colleagues.
- Sales Administration: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Collaboration with External Sales Teams: Collaborate with external sales teams to drive growth and revenue.
