Motus Corporation is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Parts Department, you will be responsible for managing the workflow of parts purchases, sales, credits, and orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Control and manage the flow of paperwork related to parts purchases, sales, credits, and orders.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of parts-related transactions.
  • Collaborate with the Parts Manager to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a parts or inventory control role.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
