FMCG Sales Representative Italian Products

Our client, a leading player in the coffee industry, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join their dynamic sales team.
As a Sales Representative, your primary role will be to promote and sell their coffee products to both new and existing customers. You will be responsible for actively searching for new sales opportunities through cold calling and client visits, presenting, promoting, and selling the coffee products to potential customers, maintaining positive relationships with existing clients for recurring business, and attaining sales targets and goals.
To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate a strong understanding of the coffee industry, including coffee products and industry trends. You will also need to possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to establish and sustain relationships with clients.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of sales experience in the coffee industry, with a proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets. You will also need to be proficient in CRM software and the Microsoft Office suite, and possess a valid driver's license and willingness to travel when necessary.
Working hours will be Monday to Friday, 07h45 to 16h45, with every second Saturday until 12h30. You will be required to start your day at the office before heading out to find new business opportunities and meet with existing clients.
Our client offers a basic salary, a logbook for fuel expenses reimbursed based on AA rates monthly, and a lucrative commission once sales targets are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively search for new sales opportunities through cold calling and client visits
- Present, promote, and sell the coffee products to potential customers
- Maintain positive relationships with existing clients for recurring business
- Attain sales targets and goals
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to uncover growth prospects
- Provide precise sales forecasts and reports to the sales manager
- Engage in trade shows and exhibitions to exhibit their products and services
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of sales experience in the coffee industry
- Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing sales targets
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Capability to establish and sustain relationships with clients
- Sound knowledge of coffee products and industry trends
- Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office suite
