Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual customer service professional to join our team at Black Pen Recruitment. As an Italian Speaking Customer Service and Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the airline industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist passengers with pre and post-flight travel-related queries in customer relations department in Italian and English languages
  • Work on airline reservations systems and handle voice calls in English and Italian, including some written correspondence
  • Daily interactions with international passengers with queries and compliments
  • Meet specific key performance indicators and meet expected client service levels
  • Work in a demanding and time-sensitive call center environment

Requirements

  • Native level fluency in Italian language: Verbal & Written
  • Located in South Africa
  • Permanent residence permit/South African ID holders only
  • Flexibility to work shifts
  • Fibre internet connection or fixed stable ADSL line required at own cost. Must be fixed line internet. No Wireless connections accepted.
  • UPS Solution required during load shedding (Inverters available for purchase via our client or own solution accepted).
  • Fully paid product and systems training provided
  • Training: 4 weeks (Fully Paid)
  • Probation period: 4 months
