At ABC Worldwide, we are seeking highly skilled and multilingual professionals to join our team as Italian-speaking Customer Sales and Service Representatives. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, handling inquiries, and resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide superior airline reservation services to customers, handling inquiries and resolving issues related to ticket fares, flight schedules, bookings, and airline policies.
  • Utilize your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and offer alternative solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless customer service and sales operations.
Requirements:
  • Native or advanced level Italian language skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Matric (Grade 12 or equivalent qualification) and computer literacy at an intermediate level.
  • No criminal record and a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
  • Experience in customer services, call centers, or the travel and tourism sector is advantageous.
Work Arrangements:
  • 8.5-9 hour shifts per day on rotation, with shifts rostered from Mondays to Sundays, including local and market public holidays.
  • Operational hours: 09h00 - 21h15, with the option to work from home or at our offices located in V&A Waterfront, Cape Town.
  • Work from home requires a fibre fixed-line internet connection and UPS solution at your own cost.
