Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective market research and customer engagement.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  4. Stay updated on industry trends and developments to enhance product knowledge and stay competitive.
  5. Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts to inform business decisions.

Job Requirements

  • Grade 12 with a further qualification in related fields such as marketing/sales management advantageous.
  • 5+ years sales experience in food services, cleaning, or packaging.
  • Experience in new business development and meeting clients' needs.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the hospitality and packaging industry.
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge and understanding of sales techniques and competitors.
  • Valid drivers and own vehicle – willing to travel extensively within the Eastern Cape.
  • Must be fluent in English & Afrikaans (advantageous), and have good computer literacy.
