Job Title: ADMINISTRATION CLERK

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Clerk to join our team at Cora ONeil Recruitment Agency in Hatfield, Pretoria.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform general administration duties, including filing, faxing, data capturing, and typing.
  • Open and manage client files, respond to correspondence, and send emails.
  • Provide administrative support to the law firm, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
Requirements:
  • Matric/Grade 12 with good marks and university exemption.
  • Recent administration experience, preferably in a law firm or corporate environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and good typing skills.
  • Able to commit to a minimum of 1 year employment at the firm.
