Administrative Assistant

Cora ONeil Recruitment Agency is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Clerk to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the law firm, including filing, faxing, data capturing, and typing.
- Open and manage client files, maintain accurate records, and ensure confidentiality.
- Correspond with clients via email and phone, responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
- Assist with general office duties, such as answering phones, greeting clients, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of the law firm's policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Matric/Grade 12 with good marks and university exemption.
- Recent administration experience, preferably in a law firm or corporate environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, with good typing skills and accuracy.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Non-smoker and stable employment record.
