Job Title: ADMINISTRATION CLERK

Cora ONeil Recruitment Agency is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Clerk to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the law firm, including filing, faxing, data capturing, and typing.
  • Open and manage client files, maintain accurate records, and ensure confidentiality.
  • Correspond with clients via email and phone, responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Assist with general office duties, such as answering phones, greeting clients, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of the law firm's policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Matric/Grade 12 with good marks and university exemption.
  • Recent administration experience, preferably in a law firm or corporate environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, with good typing skills and accuracy.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Non-smoker and stable employment record.
