Job Overview

As a Regional Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management. You will ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while analyzing key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Store Operations:
    • Oversee sales, customer service, and inventory management.
    • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
    • Analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
  2. Team Leadership:
    • Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing team.
    • Motivate and inspire the team to achieve sales goals.
    • Provide coaching and mentorship to develop team members.
    • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  3. Customer Experience:
    • Drive exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
    • Implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
  4. Visual Merchandising:
    • Ensure stores are visually appealing and merchandise is displayed effectively.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and industry best practices.
  5. Financial Management:
    • Manage store budgets and expenses.
    • Analyze financial reports to identify opportunities for cost savings.
    • Implement strategies to improve profitability.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in retail management, preferably in a luxury or high-end retail environment.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in retail management software and systems.
  • A passion for the retail industry and a keen eye for detail.
Estimated Salary

R 120 000 - R 180 000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
