Professional Administrator

West Coast Personnel is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Professional Administrator & Receptionist to join their team. This role will be a key point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support in visa applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and concerns via phone and email.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in English, preparing and editing written communications with clarity and professionalism.
- Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office, maintaining organized records and files for easy accessibility.
- Provide support in the preparation and submission of visa applications across various categories, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not essential for candidates with significant relevant experience. 2-3 years of prior experience in a client-facing or administrative role is expected. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel (basic data entry and intermediate reporting skills beneficial but not mandatory).
Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
