The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day operations, create, manage, and improve all processes to streamline efficiency. This role requires a proactive professional with strong organisational, administrative, and management skills.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and optimise operational processes to improve productivity and performance.
- Create, manage, and improve all company processes to streamline efficiency.
- Manage schedules, deadlines, and daily team activities to meet company goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
- Coordinate administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing documentation, and maintaining company records.
This remote role offers flexible working hours, competitive salary of $80,000 per annum, and performance-based incentives. We also provide access to company training programmes and opportunities for professional development.
The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in operations and/or administration management, preferably in a training or education environment. Strong project management and organisational skills are essential, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
