Professional Career Services is seeking a skilled professional to join their team as a Senior Payroll Administrator. This role involves managing multiple payrolls, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, and providing exceptional HR support.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is R250,000 - R350,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for VIP Premier Payroll administration, leave administration, HR and other VIP Premier module administration, time and attendance administration, benefits administration, and statutory submissions. They will also provide general HR support and ensure the smooth operation of the payroll process.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must have a strong background in HR administration, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in payroll administration. A formal training in VIP Premier Payroll and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) are essential. Additionally, candidates must have sound knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation (BCEA, LRA, MEIBC Main Agreement, EEA, UIF, COIDA, ETI etc.) and South African tax legislation related to the processing of monthly payrolls.
