Maximize your electrical sales potential with ACDC Dynamics

As an Internal Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for presenting the ACDC product range to our cross-border clients. Your primary goal will be to increase sales and maintain strong relationships with our existing clients. Additionally, you will provide technical support to clients with the ACDC offering, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Quoting and processing sales orders in a timely manner, following our established sales process.
  2. Understanding the marketplace and our product offerings to provide the best solutions for our clients.
  3. Liaising with transporters and couriers to ensure smooth delivery of our products.
  4. Training clients on our products as and when required, enhancing their experience and satisfaction.
  5. Providing exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving any issues promptly.
  6. Negotiating and closing sales, including requesting discounts to convert sales.
  7. Requesting feedback and follow-up on ETAs via our Procurement department.
  8. Daily reporting and analysis to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
  9. Up-selling and cross-selling our products, including promotions of specials.
  10. Maintaining strong relationships with our external sales team and other departments.
  11. Resolving complaints and providing constructive feedback for improvement.

Requirements:

  1. Experience and knowledge in an Electrical manufacturing or sales environment.
  2. An Electrical or similar technical qualification is highly advantageous.
  3. At least 1-3 years in a related sales role, with a proven track record of success.
  4. Technical product knowledge of our products and services.
  5. Knowledge of cross-border policies and procedures is an advantage.
  6. Ability to establish new markets, establish new business relationships, and train clients on products.
  7. Good understanding of export markets and demographics.
