About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Configuration Agent to join our team at VHRS. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for configuring and maintaining our software systems to ensure seamless client operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify client-specific requirements and ensure our systems meet their needs.
  • Configure course servers and software to optimize client courses based on flow of play and operational needs.
  • Identify and configure correct applications and features required by each client based on their subscriptions and purchases.
  • Perform housekeeping tasks such as deactivating domain subscriptions and removing expired course data from the central database.
  • Maintain accurate logs in the CRM system to ensure data integrity for performance analysis and reporting purposes.
  • Monitor and roll out firmware and software updates to ensure systems and devices perform optimally.
  • Ensure all system configurations and software setups are completed within agreed timelines.
Requirements
  • Technical proficiency in system configuration and software setup, particularly in a client-focused environment.
  • Attention to detail to cross-check client-specific requirements and ensure systems are configured accordingly.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to resolve software configuration issues and optimize course setups.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively work with internal teams and clients.
  • Ability to manage changing project requirements and unexpected challenges.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and proactively identify and resolve issues.
