Role and Responsibilities

As a Project Support Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing client satisfaction, commitment, and expectations to high service levels and managing escalations effectively.
  • Ensuring effective stakeholder management, team coordination, risk mitigation, and quality assurance.
  • Supporting project team members with assigned tasks.
  • Configuring Fusion Software's application platforms.
  • Providing training to clients on Fusion Software systems.
  • Potential travel to clients within the country, if required.

Required Experience

We are seeking candidates with:

  • Moderate level of consulting experience on ERP/CRM software systems, preferably in a multinational professional services environment.
  • Moderate level of client engagement experience.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the project life cycle.
  • Moderate level of experience managing expectations of clients.
Advantages

Candidates with 1-3 years of working experience in a software support or implementation environment will be considered.Academic Qualifications and Certifications

A Project Management degree or equivalent with a moderate level of related experience is required.

Job Level: Junior

Salary Range: R10,000 - R20,000
