We are a fast-growing start-up seeking an experienced Digital Growth Strategist to drive exponential growth through innovative traffic-focused strategies and smart automations.


About the Role:


We need someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, blending marketing and development techniques to scale user acquisition and maximize conversion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and executing growth hacking strategies focused on traffic generation, user acquisition, and platform conversion.


Your Key Responsibilities:



  • Growth Strategy: Design and execute data-driven growth hacking strategies that deliver consistent growth across multiple channels.
  • Process-Based Execution: Implement and optimize repeatable, scalable processes that drive exponential growth in traffic using creative growth hacks, SEO optimization, paid campaigns, viral marketing tactics, and partnerships.
  • Smart Automations: Leverage automation tools and techniques to streamline marketing efforts, maximize efficiency, and ensure sustainable growth.
  • Marketing & Development Blend: Collaborate closely with marketing and development teams to execute data-driven strategies that align with business goals, including landing page optimization, funnel management, and A/B testing.
  • Conversion Optimization: Optimize key metrics across the customer journey, from lead generation to user onboarding and retention, to drive increased conversion rates.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance metrics, generate insights, and provide regular reports on traffic, conversion rates, and growth trends to inform decision-making.

Requirements:


We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Digital Growth Strategist with a proven track record of driving traffic-driven results and conversion success. You should have:



  • Proficiency in automation tools (Zapier, HubSpot, etc.) and data analytics (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.).
  • A strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and paid traffic campaigns.
  • A creative and innovative mindset with a focus on out-of-the-box strategies.
  • The ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams (marketing, development, product).

What We Offer:


We offer a competitive salary range of **R1,200,000 - R1,800,000 per annum**, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and innovative company.
