About the Role

Rhino Africa is seeking a highly skilled and experienced French Concierge Specialist to join our Sales Support Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our French-speaking clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our Sales Consultants, including managing client inquiries, booking travel arrangements, and resolving client issues.
  • Conclude all aspects of the post-confirmation process, ensuring seamless client experiences.
  • Enquire and warm leads for Senior Consultants, providing valuable insights to drive sales growth.
  • Manage sales quotes, hotel and lodge reservations, and logistics for consultants.
  • Responsible for travel request distribution to agents and ad-hoc translations of content for the French market.
  • Collaborate with the Concierge Manager to resolve client travel issues and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Work with external suppliers to ensure all aspects of booking are resolved.
  • Log all required tickets and ensure timely turnaround times for consultant requests.
  • Update the Concierge dashboard and report to the Concierge Manager.
Requirements
  • National Senior Certificate/Matric
  • 2 years of experience in a Concierge or Sales Administrative Assistant role in a Tour Operator Environment
  • Based in Cape Town
  • Fluent in speaking and writing in the French language
  • Attention to Detail
  • Great communication skills
  • Willingness and drive to learn
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships
