Regional Sales Strategist

At Staff Unlimited Recruitment, we are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Strategist to drive sales and revenue growth within a specific geographic area. This role involves developing strategic plans, building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy Development: Promote and market divisional products and services effectively and efficiently.
- Create comprehensive sales plans and budgets, taking into account market trends and company objectives.
- Monitor and analyse sales data to make informed decisions and adjustments to the sales plan.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders. Address customer concerns and inquiries promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- New Business Opportunities: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the area.
- Sales Performance: Ensure achievement of Sales Targets inline with Budget requirements.
Administration: Maintain effective and efficient administrative systems for equipment sales.
Requirements- Grade 12
- Degree in Business Management, Sales and Marketing or relevant field
- 3 - 5 years Material Handling Experience
- IMPERATIVE: Forklift experience required for selling of the products
The successful candidate will have a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
