Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Marketing Strategist to join our team in the Western Cape. As a Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and sales growth in the region.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements
To be successful as a Marketing Strategist, you should have:
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
We prefer candidates who have:
- A master's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Experience in leading teams and managing budgets.
- Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is R450,000 - R550,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
Location
This role is based in the Western Cape and requires frequent travel within the region. You should have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel up to 50-60% of the time.
