Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and stakeholders to ensure a positive and memorable experience.
  • Provide expert knowledge of our facilities, services, and amenities to guests, and make recommendations to enhance their stay.
  • Manage guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring prompt resolution and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to maintain high standards of service excellence.
Requirements
  • Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality or a related field.
  • Minimum of 23 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong computer skills and excellent administrative abilities, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strong customer service orientation and excellent people skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain professional relationships across all departments, cultures, and religions.
  • Comfort in interacting with distinguished clientele, with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Well-presented with a friendly, helpful, and outgoing demeanor, with a natural warmth and punctuality.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work, with a valid driver's license.
