Job Description

This role offers a unique opportunity for motivated individuals to play a pivotal role in building a strong sales pipeline through targeted prospecting.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Sales Team to identify, contact, and qualify potential customers via phone, email, and LinkedIn. This position is ideal for individuals with the ability to communicate professionally in English and another European language, such as Spanish, Italian, Dutch, French, or Swedish.

As a lead generation specialist, you will lay the foundation for successful sales opportunities within designated European territories.

To succeed in this role, you will require strong communication skills, resilience, and the ability to handle objections confidently while achieving targets.

Key Requirements:
  • Education: Tertiary qualification preferred (Degree or Diploma).
  • Language Skills: Proficient in English and another European language, such as Spanish, Italian, Dutch, French, or Swedish. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Outbound Sales Experience: Proven experience making successful outbound B2B calls.
  • Lead Generation Skills: Demonstrated ability to generate leads independently using platforms such as LinkedIn.
  • Drive and Energy: High energy, tenacity, and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Professional Confidence: Ability to engage confidently with senior business decision-makers.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Innovative and proactive approach to identifying business opportunities.
