About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to lead our Client Engagement team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive client engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive client engagement and retention
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals to execute marketing campaigns and projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to inform future marketing strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our marketing efforts are innovative and effective
Requirements
  • 5+ years of marketing experience in a large, complex organization
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed marketing decisions
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Experience in a FMCG, retail banking, or services industry
  • Cross-functional project coordination and management skills
