**About the Role**

At HR Genie, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that engage and build relationships with our target audience.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute social media strategies that align with our company's overall marketing goals and objectives.
  • Create and share engaging content that resonates with our target audience and drives brand awareness.
  • Optimize our social media pages for search and engagement to increase our online presence.
  • Monitor and moderate user-generated content, responding to comments and questions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyze social data to track performance and identify trends, providing insights to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to manage our company's reputation and coordinate social media activities.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our social media presence.

**Requirements**

  • 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Experience with social media analytics tools, with the ability to track performance and identify trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
