- Liaise with the central marketing team to ensure branding guidelines are applied consistently across all client-facing materials.
- Maintain a library of templates and resources to support client engagement and business development activities.
- Coordinate local and international meetings and trips, ensuring seamless logistics and effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Manage marketing materials, rooms, gifting, and catering requirements for client meetings and engagements.
- Provide administrative support to the CEO, including coordination of tasks and projects.
- Minimum of a completed tertiary qualification in Administration, Finance, or Commerce.
- 4-6 years of experience in investment management or stockbroking, with a focus on client service, engagement, and business development.
- Advanced skills in MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Previous experience working with CRM systems.
- Service-driven and client-centric, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, with strong time management and attention to detail.
- Positive, proactive team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
