- Job Evaluation and Grading: Lead and facilitate the job evaluation process within the organization, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Remuneration Benchmarking: Participate in salary and labor market surveys to determine prevailing remuneration rates and benefits.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that remuneration practices comply with relevant regulatory requirements and standards.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Finance, or Payroll.
- Registration: Registration with the South African Rewards Association (SARA).
- Experience: 6 years of experience in Remuneration and Rewards.
- Skills: Knowledge of remuneration benchmarking, rewards policies and procedures, market surveys, and various types of incentives and benefits.
