Administrative Support Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage client relationships and communications
* Coordinate diaries and bookings
* Prepare jobs, costing sheets, and quotes
* Manage deadlines for client requirements
* Collect and collate supplier invoices against jobs
* Prepare supplier and client reports for the CVO
* Collect stock requirements to present to the CVO
* Perform general office administration duties
Requirements:
* Matric certification
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
* Proficient in CRM systems (ZOHO and Xero advantageous)
