FTTH Sales Representative

About the Position:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sales Representative to join our team as an FTTH Sales Representative. This role involves selling high-speed fibre-optic internet services to residential and commercial customers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sell high-speed fibre-optic internet services to new clients by executing a sales strategy within predetermined coverage areas
- Achieve targets net of churn as well as campaign outcomes consistently set out by Management
- Establish, maintain, expand, and take ownership of customer relationships
- To take ownership, plan and carry out relevant sales processes
- Ensure 'lead management system' (Solid) is updated and maintained accurately and timeously with all relevant information
- Schedule client meetings where and when required
- Attend door-to-door sales activities, Street Activations, Mall Activations, and any other forms of activations as directed by management
- Actively promote FTTH and associated products on social media platforms
- Collect, collate, and report on all sales activities and outcomes daily, including location, interactions, leads quotes and sales attained per network operator
- At all times ensure that you have enough sales collateral to meet your sales objectives
- Ensure that all marketing equipment allocated is maintained in good working order and that any damages or wear and tear on the equipment is immediately reported to your manager or team lead
- While executing on your sales activities continually provide feedback to your manager or team lead on locations best suited to activations, consumer marketing opportunities and the like to assist in improving the effectiveness of your sales team
- Utilise services of Sales Specialists or Product Managers to compliment your skills when required
- Abide by any specific campaign or promotional requirements as directed
- Ensure regular customer feedback continually and throughout all pre and post sales processes in a professional manner
- Attend product training sessions in line with HYPA Requirements to develop relevant knowledge and skills
- Continuously raise own competency levels
- Foster an atmosphere of self-study with regards to trends in the telecommunications market
- Constantly provide feedback to Management on skill and knowledge requirements
Requirements:
- South African citizenship
- Currently Unemployed
- Between the ages of 18-34
- Qualification not higher than NQF Level 4
- Attended a Quintile 1,2,3 school or Recipient of a Child Support Grant
Benefits:
- Fixed Salary with a commission structure - R50,000 - R70,000 per month
- On-the-job training on an Industry-recognised qualification
